Positive: A good location, accomplished what was required. The space was safe, secure and accommodating to my needs.

Negative: It was unfortunate to find out the day of that there were other occupants present during my stay. It would help if this location advertised/ notified on the site before booking that there were potentially other individuals in the other secured rooms during my stay. As I was under the impression I would have the whole place to myself; if they set a disclaimer, that would have helped for expectation management.

Summary: There may be other occupants staying in the other secured rooms during the time you book.

Positive: The person in charge of the property was very good at replying even at random moments of the day

Negative: Even though they offered Internet, once you connected it would say the internet was off so I never got to connect and use the wifi. Hot water was never available and if so then it’s not a big heater cause it was 4 rooms for me not 1 bathroom and kitchen.

Summary: Room was a 7, bathroom I rate a 1, kitchen was a 5
