Summary: 2nd year we have chosen to stay at John's place, we love the simplicity and seclusion from all the beach traffic. Close enough to get to anything you need but also quiet and relaxing. You will not regret picking his place to stay. Hot Tub was an added plus for us! Pictures and details given are spot on.

Summary: This location is great! Quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of other tourists while also being close enough to be apart of all OBX amenities and sites. John is very responsive and is more than happy to assist with any questions and provides great local insights to beaches, food, and so much more. We can't wait to come back to the OBX and when we do, we will absolutely rent from John again! Fantastic host, fantastic rental, and beautiful area!

Summary: Really close to everything on the island and perfect spot for privacy, great communication with owner gave us great options and ideas for food and things to do in the area. Definitely recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future, can’t say enough great things about it.
