Positive: Great value for money, clean spacious room for 1 person including the most comfortable bed I had during a mo th in Uganda. breakfast was good, dinner options were reasonably priced. Room also has a/c which was an unexpected luxury during my time in Uganda.

Negative: Shower system in my room was a bit convoluted, couldn't get hot water to work, would have asked staff for help but I shower quite late so my own fault in that sense. An explanation on how the shower works upon check-in would have been nice.

Summary: Great value, clean & comfortable room.

Positive: The restaurant was excellent—the food was amazing, and the staff was very welcoming. The location is right in the city center, so you truly experience Kasese rather than staying outside the city.

Negative: However, the rooms were completely different from what we saw on Booking, and we had to pay 50% more. Overall, the price was fair, and the stay was good, but this kind of mismatch shouldn't happen—it was an inconvenience for us. Additionally, the A/C did not work.

Positive: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The place was really clean, the air conditioning really efficient. They have a very secure compound for vehicles. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in over the last 23 years of being in Uganda.
