Positive: Property was disconnected from electricity on arrival which caused some issues and took some creativity from our side to get resolved (with consent from the owner who was very helpful)
Negative: Seems this was not the first time the property was disconnected...
Summary: Comfortable but a hassle to find the property disconnected from power on arrival

Negative: access to the rear was locked and unaccessible. this poses a fire risk and makes the advertisement misleading as the booking photos clearly show rear access. everything else was great. parking driveway was too narrow for our car.

Positive: It is a lovely house. Liked the provision for pets, Great bathroom. Reverse cycle air con in all rooms. Good kitchen and very comfortable lounge with large TV. Only stayed one night and did not take advantage of outdoors. But looked good. Liked clear instructions on what to do on leaving. We stayed overnight as we were moving into our new house in Umina the next morning and had driven up that afternoon. Very convenient location. And relaxing after days of packing and loading trucks for moving. Enjoyed the large bath a lot.
Negative: Booked because on website said pets welcome and when we arrived there was a pet bed and food bowls, but then when I read the booklet info about the house when we arrived it said strictly no pets, which was confusing. Also perhaps need to mark the slightly raised step at the entrance to the back bedroom opposite the bathroom, as it can be a trip hazard.
Summary: Comfortable lovely house with great facilities.

Positive: The House was clean and had nearly everything we wanted.
Negative: Our only complaint was there was no dish cloth of any kind, so had to use the extra teatowel to wash the dishes and wipe down the bench and table. A chux cloth or similar would be very helpful.

Positive: A stunning house with beautiful decor and good location. Toiletries and some pantry staples were provided. Linen was provided. Items were provided for dogs (dog bed, bowl, toy, Pooh bags).
Negative: Unfortunately we had a range of issues with a broken bed and a few other things the cleaner didn’t do properly or property maintenance needed to fix. We had to send a list of things to the owner to fix and she was responsive. Once these are fixed the property will be much better and we would return in the future if they were fixed. Please note that the bath tub could be difficult for someone to get into and that is where you have to shower, it can be quite slippery, I have suggested to get a non slip mat to prevent any falls or slips.
