By The Sea 2 is a lovely unit located just a stones throw away from the heart of the Crescent Head village, this unit is located in Willow Street which is very popular for its close proximity to the creek, beach and shops but is situated in a unique location giving you the space one needs away from the hustle of everyday life, to unwind and relax in the pristine location that is Crescent Head. This fantastic unit is located just 100m from the beach on a flat and easy walk along a council footpath, with only 200m to a pathway leading up to the shops and town centre. By The Sea 2 is situated so that you will be soaking up the gorgeous views and the sun due to its Northerly facing aspect as well as avoiding those nasty winter southerly winds. This unit is elevated with a verandah running the length of the unit providing a wonderful space for entertaining around the BBQ or for just sitting and admiring the view whilst enjoying a beverage.
The owners have converted the garage underneath to an extra room with an additional double bed and fouton for an additional charge of $220.00 per week.
NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.

Summary: The position of the property is great. And is so close to everything. It is a bit run down and needs a face lift. But over all if you want to be close to everything this is the place.

Summary: The property is in a great location, very easy walking distance to the creek, beach, and shops. Odd check in and out times, not standard, so be aware you will be checking out quite early (9am). It could definately use updating, and it is not the place for you if you require an airconditioner. But the location is fairly unbeatable if you don't mind the heat. Great if you are travelling with a group that is staying at the caravan park.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice, close to beach and town. We hardly used our car (except to go buy local honey, eggs and veges out on Pt Plomer Rd) as everything is close. Bed was comfy, kitchen, bathroom and lounge tidy and clean. Caravan park is quite close, but it was before school holidays, so it was ok. Best part, walk a few steps to the water. We loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location - property did not look like it was professionally clean. Sink taps had accumulated dirt around the base and carpets were not vacuumed. Bed linen was clean Miserable size TV and no wifi Location was excellent

Reviewer Comments: We found this property to be very convenient both to the shops, beach and to our friends staying in the caravan park. It was well fitted out with kitchen gear and was handy with the barbecue on the deck. The stove and fridge are aging as is the bathroom - all still serviceable but could do with refreshment. This didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
