Summary: Property was very comfortable and well equipped it took a little time to work out the hot water in the ensuite and the gas lighter for the cook top had no gas, also one of the pedestal fans doesnt work but all in all it was a great stay really quite area and Byford now days has heaps of shops and places to eat and drink. I would suggest a few more aircons for the bedrooms but we were really happy and would definitely stay here again if we bring our Dog from Karratha to Perth
