Positive: Everything. It's a home from home in every single way. Ann is a kind and thoughtful host and even the neighbours were friendly and welcoming. Could park right outside no problem. My dog loved the garden and shaded pergola on a VERY hot weekend. I want to buy this house and live in it.

Negative: That I couldn't stay longer.

Positive: What a stunning house and garden. Absolutely perfect!. The host Ann has gone above and beyond, you want for nothing. From the very comfy couch and bed, very well equipped kitchen and a huge garden full of furniture to sit in the all day sunshine. Stunning scenery and beautiful quiet village. Perfect base to explore from. And there's certainly plenty of amazing beaches with crystal clear sea. Our first trip to Wales has been magical and we will certainly come again, and for longer! Thank you for a fabulous stay. Xx. Ps gutted too warm to light the awesome looking wood burner.

Positive: The cottage is outstanding - facilities, cleanliness, everything that you want and hope. And Ann's personal touches, attention to detail and willingness to support won our vote for the best host ever. In short, our stay was a delight.

Negative: We can't think of anything that could have improved our stay. The weather? Well that would have been asking the impossible.

Positive: Had a 3 nights stay in the cottage in this February. Excellent amenities- Spacious bedrooms, clean bathroom, nice living room with a fireplace & kitchen with all modern facilities. Also equipped with an utility room & garden at the back. Our child loved the collection of toys. Stunning location to stay.

Positive: Bythynnod Newydd is a lovely cottage. Very well presented, clean and has all the necessary amenities. The cottage is perfect for families as it is well stocked with toys both inside and outside in the garden with a little playhouse full of toys. There is also a great selection of books and DVD’s. Although you can stream Amazon Prime and Netflix, great for the teenagers. Ann was an amazing hostess and checked in on us over the weekend. The directions given to the cottage were great and as we arrived late into the evening these were perfect as we found the cottage quickly. The outside patio area is well located making it a lovely sun trap in the evening. We loved the little touches throughout the cottage from the welcome basket with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates for the kids to the milk left in the fridge. There were plenty of towels and the beds lovely to sleep in and the duvets perfect tog as it went a little chilly at night. Although there are heaters in the rooms. A gorgeous log fire in the living room, which we didn’t need to use. The beach is 10 minutes away and is sandy with a few rock pools to explore. A beach cafe, toilets and picnic benches. Trefor is in a great location to explore Nefyn, Pwhelli, Abersoch, Criccieth and Snowdonia national park. We definitely recommend staying here and will definitely be booking for next year.

Negative: The only small issue was the street parking, however this is beyond Ann’s control.

Positive: Lovely village with shop providing everything you might need. Beach and scenery breathtakingly beautiful. Walked up over headland to view Trefor Stacks well worth the effort. Cottage was perfect. The hosts have made it feel like a real home from home. The Garden was a real bonus ideal for eating outside.

Negative: Difficult to find anything to improve on. Everything was well appointed.

Summary: Ideal place to relax and unwind. Host was kind and thoughtful made sure we had everything we needed.
