Positive: The host met us at 2.00 in the morning, and showed us around. The apartment was very clean and spacious for the five of us, and the host made sure everything was good, even changing the kettle after the first day. The apartment is in a relatively quite block and ideal for getting to the city.
Negative: One more bathroom would have been good.
Summary: A great stay, would go there again.

Positive: We recently stayed in this apartment for a week, and while our arrival was a bit rocky, everything quickly turned around thanks to the fantastic host, Juan. We arrived in the evening, and to our surprise, Juan had thoughtfully stocked the apartment with everything we might need - essential toiletries, some breakfast items, coffee, and some other beverages. There were even some fruits and a bottle of wine waiting for us as well! Juan went above and beyond in welcoming us and provided a great introduction to the city. He gave us detailed suggestions on what to see in Valencia and how to get around, as well as where to grab a bite. The apartment was in a perfect location—just a 10-minute walk to the city center, with bus stops and metro stations only minutes away. There are also several supermarkets nearby, including one that's open until 1 a.m., which was super convenient for any late-night needs. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the communication with Juan was excellent throughout our time there. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough—10/10! We would definitely stay here again when we return to Valencia.

Positive: Great location, walking distance to city center, close to underground station and bus stop. Host was very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very clean, very well equipped with everything, you could need, plus a lot more. Upon arrival, we got from the host a full basket of fruits, pastries, bread, cereals, milk, vine, coffee capsules and a lot more. Same in bathroom, everything was provided. I highly recommend.

Positive: Great value for the money, an extremely helpful host who welcomed us with complimentary food and drinks. Will return once we come back to Valencia. Safe neighborhood in walking distance to the center although we used the metro. The metro line is a couple of hundred meters from the apartment. Netflix is available.

Positive: Our host Juan was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication before we arrived and he gave us lots of information about the city when we got there. He provided us with fruit, cereals, pastries and more which was very generous. Could not recommend more.

Positive: The host was absolutely amazing! Great hospitality! Apartment is very clean. Well equipped. Everything you may need during the stay is there including some toys for kids and board games! We were a group of 7 people including 3 kids and it was very comfortable. Kitchen has all the appliances. AC in every single room. Strongly recommended. We will be back!
