Positive: Spacious room, easy to check in & out, clean, near Kota Kinabalu. Nice swimming pool (but u have to climb 1 floor to the rooftop to get to the pool), vending machine, compliments of 3in1 tea & coffee..

Negative: Very limited parking. The room not bright enough (theres a few bulb that didnt work and its not enough lighting especially at the living room), and also the hot water is hardly working.

Summary: If u can ignore those little things, u will have a comfortable, cozy, money worthy stay at this hotel.
