Summary: L'appartement était pas très propre on a du tout relave les couvert la machine a café dosette introuvable canapé sale et troué siphon de la douche bouché à moitié donc voilà pour le prix c'est extrêmement chère

Summary: Cette appartement est correct dans l ensemble. emplacement : il est très bien situé vraiment à 1min du tram qui relié la gare sncf. De plus les tram sont fréquent. Par contre en voiture c est moins pratique car pas de place de parking gratuit à proximité.(gratuit de 19h à 9h) Équipement: l appartement possède tout le nécessaire de base. Il y a de la vaisselles et un jeu de casserole pour faire des repas simple. Un lave vaisselle, un aspirateur un lave linge. par contre au niveau des points négatif : Il ni a pas de placard pour ranger les vêtements car dans la chambre le lit 2 places prends vraiment tout l espace disponible. Il ne faut pas être très grand pour prendre une douche (moins 1.90 mètres) Conclusion générale appart bien situé petit mais équipé

Summary: L'appartement est pas très propre, la peinture s'écaille sûrement du à l'humidité. Des traces sur les mûrs. Fenêtre en velux, l'impression d'être enfermé. Pas facile de se garer devant et quartier un peu bruyant. Très petit pour 4 personnes.... Pas du tout satisfait de notre location et de l'endroit en plein centre ville et très pollué !
