Negative: I love it but I thought the breakfast could have been better considering the price and it’s nice to be served tea coffee and juice not from a cheap machine! I also think they could provide things like tampons razors spare toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathrooms otherwise it’s a €60 trip to the pharmacy if you haven’t got a car. I also found it a lot busier due to influencers turning up flying drones and taking selfies which I found irritating as a guest. I suppose the hotel makes money so they’ll have to take that chance of losing old clientele in favour of a more rowdy crowd. I don’t think it would ultimately stop me rebooking though.
Summary: Love it there. Food is a bit repetitive if you stay longer than a week.

Positive: Lovely location, great restaurant, lovely pool and grounds, great place to start your hikes in the region.
Negative: We had a bungalow. The hotel states luxury, adult only..this sounds very exclusive but the bungalows, while they offer space, do NOT offer luxury. An oldish kitchen (like in a US motel), a cheap fold out sofa, the mosquito spray stashed behind the TV, no wardrobe, cheap furniture.. this was by far our most expensive stay in Mallorca but it wasn't the best, by far.
Summary: More marketing than luxury..but undeniably a lovely location

Positive: The most idyllic fika on top of the hill overlooking the mountains and sea. Rustic, laid back vibes and and perfect location to switch off. We loved our stay so much and hope to return soon.
Negative: Loved it all. Do note that some rooms only have baths. The road up to the hotel is very narrow.

Positive: Beautiful location with gorgeous views and terraces. We ate at the restaurant one night and the setting and food was fabulous.
Negative: The standard room we had was very tired and very small with one small window with no view. The room was a surprise to us in a hotel that is promoted as a luxury retreat and for the price we paid it was incredibly disappointing. I think we were maybe unlucky as I understood after talking to a staff member that Room 1 which we stayed in was the worst room in the hotel…we had booked the room months previously, so not last minute. The retreat has subcontracted the catering to an outside restaurant, so it is self service round the pool, just for cold drinks left in a cool box behind a bar away from the pool. This also means if you want a coffee or drink, or snack outside of meal times you need to go out as there is no onsite cafe. The road to the property is very rough with tight corners so best to take a 4 wheel drive!
Summary: Disappointing but the staff were lovely as are the building and grounds - just not our room :(
