Positive: The friendly helpful staff,attention to little details ,cycling kit can be washed overnight,great bike room to dry off stuff,gorgeous furnishings and rooms ,great vegan meals in a beautiful dining room ..peaceful,great sauna and spa pool accessibility ,romantic spot .The disco night meal and dance was fantastic!
Negative: A kettle in the room would be appreciated .Unfortunately there isn’t anywhere to walk to without utilising the busy road .

Positive: this was our second stay after having a wonderful weeks cycling here 10 yrs ago. This time was just as enjoyable, friendly staff, delicious food, and a great base for some lovely cycling in the area. it was a luxurious end to our six month cycle tour. the chef produced tasty vegan options for us as we'd warned them.in advance.
Negative: that we had to leave after 4 days.

Positive: A very pleasant stay in the countryside, Beautiful views over the hills. It was nice to enjoy a drink on the large lawn by the swimming pool.. Breakfast is superbe for a three star hotel.Beautiful SPA
Negative: Our room was a bit smaller than expected. No night table and no lamp on one of the two sides of our double bed.

Positive: Location and building simply stunning. Staff very welcoming and available for any request. Aperif offer satisfying even for a vegetarian and the quality of both food and wine was excellent.
Negative: What I didn't like was the room: the sink was in it, not in the toilet and the toilet was super small, with a very uncomfortable shower (no gaskets and same level of the floor with serious flooding risk any time). Also the room was a bit small and with just 1 chair even if we were too. Finally, we tried the wellness center. The experience was good in the complex but I didn't like the tea and fruit selection (very limited offer), the absence of music near the pool and the absence of mop during the service, just to limit the slipping surface.
Summary: I wish I could come back again but in a different room.

Negative: 1. Despite that restaurant was in a list of services, it wasn’t working. Considering that tariff was non-refundable and no one told us that beforehand, we were disappointed. 2. There is a spa we booked beforehand. Unfortunately, only upon arrival we were informed it wasn’t exclusive and we didn’t bring any swimsuits with us. To not confuse others with our lingerie we cancelled it( 3. And the most unfortunate-toilet flush wasn’t working and when we discovered it, no one was there to change the room(
