Positive: Wow! What a way to experience such a magical place like El Chalten than staying at a handmade cabin built by no other than a pioneer of the town, former Chief Ranger of many national parks around the world: Mr. Capadocia!! We didn't know we were going to stay at the cabin of such man! It's a living legend of the town, he loves and preserves nature in all ways possible and of course he doesn't only know the ins and outs of the town but he even helped building many of the lovely walks you can enjoy!! What a privilege! The cabin itself is very cozy, extremely functional and full of details! The best part of course is you can grill your own asados outside while watching the Fitz Roy. We had a magical stay and btw, he speaks perfect English which is not so common in these remote places! Gracias Capa querido!! Y hasta la próxima!! Abrazo de gol

Negative: The only 1 thing to consider, do NOT forget to bring cash as it's pretty impossible getting it in the town. Sorry Capa for the inconvenience 🙏🏼

Positive: The property was perfect. It was set up for everything you need. Gorgeous setting, great staff and Alex is a lovely Man. He lets you rent camping equipment, transfers to Rio electric and other things on offer like Walking sticks. Highly worth it.

Negative: It’s an expensive property. I’d expect some things he would not charge for like letting you borrow his tent or walking poles for free. Other than that this place is the best place we’ve ever stayed!

Positive: It’s very cozy, everything made of wood with much care and taste The location is quite but close to the center There are beautiful surroundings and amazing view from the window Every detail is thought through and we had everything we needed The host is very helpful and always available

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we arrived, Capa greeted us with a warm welcome and lots of helpful tips on hiking in the local area. His hospitality was truly heartwarming. Capa has cleverly built this house to include everything needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 5 nights and cooked in the house every day. The bed and the pillows are the most comfortable I’ve had while travelling across Argentina and the towels and toiletries provided are high-quality. Capa helped us make a barbecue on the patio and was always contactable and happy to assist. This is really a special place in an excellent location for the town, bus station and hiking. We hope to return one day. Thank you, Capa!

Positive: We traveled a lot, but from all the hosts, Capa was absolutely the most authentic and caring person that we have met. Nothing was too much to let us feel at home. His tips and advice were super helpful. He built the tiny house himself, which was absolutely beautiful, creative and surprisingly spacious (we are both very tall ;-)) with a nice private garden. We ended up staying for almost a week and would love to stay longer! Highly recommended
