Positive: Super clean. New construction. Fantastic location. Great view of the mountains from the backyard. There is a great shop with coffee just 30 seconds away. The locals on the street were so friendly. Loved it!

Negative: No complaints at all.

Summary: Amazing value with a great view and a short walk from everything in town.

Positive: Brand new beautiful cabin with lots of space and a great loft!

Negative: Slightly off the beaten track, which is both good, but bad. You can hear lots of dogs and roosters nearby, but this is something I think you’d get no matter where you are in San Juan!

Positive: Awesome place, super friendly owner, nice location with about 10min walk to the main area and 15min to the dock. Nice garden to eat breakfast in:) cute local spot

Negative: Like everywhere in guatamala there is sometimes music from neighbours, not in the night. Dogs are barking in the night though. Everything else was sublime.

Positive: The owners are very friendly. They waited at the home to give us the keys, despite us arriving quite a bit after we said we'd be there. The home had a cool cabin aesthetic next to the mountain, which was very different than any other place we'd stayed so far. Super close to the Indian Nose Mountain hike, which is why we chose this home over other hotels.

Negative: Very far from town, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Tuk tuks had no idea where this home was when we asked for a ride. We had to put on Google Maps for them.
