Guests and visitors are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum between 11pm to 8am as a courtesy to our neighbours.
Please leave the property in a respectful condition. Some cleaning products and a dustpan and brush are in the cupboard underneath the kitchen sink, which you can use during your stay, if you need to. There is also a hoover in the cupboard in the hallway, again if you need it.
We charge an additional pet fee, which helps towards the additional cost of cleaning the property after pets have stayed, plus it helps with the wear and tear of the furniture.
By deciding to bring your pet with you, you agree to pay for any damages relating to the pets, either through a clam via the booking portal that you booked through, or from your deposit paid directly.
