Positive: The property was located within walking distance from downtown and beach. The porch was nice with a picnic table. The place was clean and had a fridge, microwave, stove, washer and dryer, coffee maker. Stocked well.
Negative: There was a very strong musty smell through the cabin. We had to keep the windows open and purchase an air purifier in case it was mold Not sure what the odor was. The couches and chair in the living room are circa 80s, tore up and uncomfortable.
Summary: Need to find the source of the musty smell and living room furniture needs massive upgrade.

Positive: The location was ok in general. The cleaning people did a good job. It was a great location next to town, but everything in the place was old and worn out
Negative: The pillows were frayed and frankly kind of disgusting. The furniture pretty rough. Beds not great. I wanted to use the fan , again , pretty gross . Not enough pans or other kitchen items. Again a great little place with so much potential, but just buying a few cheap pillows, pans, and a few other items would have been a world of difference. a 3-400 dollar trip to Costco would be all it took.
Summary: One of those places to be a be back every few years place, good price, but way to worn out

Positive: The location is great. The space is good but could some freshening up. There’s definitely a musty smell from old carpet and furniture. But I suppose that’s why it’s “affordable” compared to everything else in manzanita.
