Your well-deserved relaxing and fun getaway awaits in this newly renovated cabin centrally located in a peaceful quiet family neighborhood with a short walk to the beach, to the stores and to eateries in downtown OOB, and the best Pier and Amusements in Maine. This newly renovated 1-bedroom cozy cabin is perfect for those looking to spend a peaceful and lovely time near the white sand in Old Orchard Beach. Access to a trail is located at the end of our street which is great for hiking and biking through the beautiful Maine countryside. Inside the cottage, you'll be comfortable too with a comfortable bed, A/C, a Smart TV, and free WIFI. Enjoy many nearby eateries or cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or stop by the market for cooked lobsters that is just around the corner. Better yet, relax with a book on the front porch or catch some sun in the small outdoor space. There's a gas grill for your use. Parking for one vehicle in the designated spot for your unit is available. This convenient location makes it easy and interesting to walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, and drug, dollar and grocery stores.
7-night minimum preferred, Saturday-Saturday, during the months of June-September. One dog may be approved, written approval is required, most breeds will be considered, no puppies. A separate pet fee will be charged and must comply with the pet policy.
A beach buggy along with two beach chairs and two beach towels will be available to you for your use during your stay.
Now a few rules: This location is in a quiet family neighborhood, and excessive noise or parties are not permitted. No smoking inside. No firecrackers and/or fireworks or loud music at any time is permitted.

Summary: This rental was great. It was perfect for my husband, me and my dog. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood yet so close to downtown and the beach. I had a small issue with the remote control on the first night, texted the owner and got a very quick response. The issue was quickly resolved. I’d definitely stay here again.

Summary: Great quiet family neighborhood. Cabin is well appointed, clean and nicely decorated. Small yard was perfect for our 8 pound dog. We did not use the dog run in back but for a larger dog it would be very convenient. Hope to return next summer for a longer stay

Summary: Bedroom for me was a bit claustrophobic because I was the one against the wall. No easy exit from bed. My boyfriend had trouble sleeping and I didn’t want to wake him IF he was sleeping. Suggestion remove night table and lamp can put everything on bureau. Be perfect for a couple not for us because we had 2 large dogs with us. Lots of walking, great location, Good Thyme restr was the best breakfast restr and JJs was where we had the best dinner on outside patio. The fudge was to die for in fact I went bk the next day. Anyone going that loves candy go to Dickinson candy factory.

Summary: The cottage was very clean, modern and had everything we needed to feel at home. Honestly, it was even better than expected. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the beach, shops and amusement park, and although it's a lively area, the property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The yardspace was it's own little private oasis and I enjoyed my time reading and relaxing in it. Very dog friendly, my lab loved the fenced in dog run as well as hanging in the shade on the porch. Dogs were welcome on the beach after 5pm. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They really put effort into making you comfortable and have included so many extras (beach chairs, a beach wagon, and towels) to make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this property and will book here again.

Summary: Just completed a three week stay at this lovely cottage. This was our first VRBO rental and we were pleasantly surprised. The owners were wonderful and very attentive. The cabin is decorated in a lovely beach motif and the nicely appointed kitchen includes everything you could possibly need. The beach is a quick 10 minute walk and a beach buggy (wagon), beach chairs and towels are provided. We will definitely be returning to this lovely cottage.
