Summary: When we got to the cabin we had a hard time unlocking the door. So we called the property manager and had to leave a message. She never called back. We figured out the lock ourselves and when we went I the cabin was extremely hot. The ac was not on. It was a 88 degree day. We had to call the property manager once again to ask about the ac. She actually picked up this time but was extremely rude about how to turn on the ac, which wasn’t easy. She also threatened us with a service charge if we didn’t do it right. Why wasn’t it on in the first place if they were going to have guests? Will never stay there again.
