Private cozy cabin on 2 acres of land in North Newport on a dead-end dirt road. It is perfect for four quest. Enjoy listening to the birds and wild turkeys crossing in the field, prancing deer, brooks flowing into the Sugar River, 9 mile rail trail crossing covered bridges using a ATV, bike, hike, snowmobile, cross country ski, snowshoeing and dogsledding. Watch for the wildlife as it is abundant. Downtown Newport is a five minute drive and Mtn Sunapee and lake, beach with playground, and boat ramp, is a 12 minute drive. Along the way to the Mtn is a Sanctuary Farm, live animals, outdoor activities for children, and the ice cream stand.

Summary: Host was very nice and explained everything in detail. The house was beautiful and cozy . Loved looking out the big window out into the field. House was clean, loved the cabin feel. Would love to come again!

Summary: The cabin is located a touch off the beaten path, just outside of Newport NH. There are restaurants, bars, and grocery stores all within a very short drive from the cabin. The hosts were very responsive any time I had a question prior to my stay. The cabin sits in a beautiful field, frequented by local wildlife - a great place to sit on the porch and watch the sunset. On arrival the cabin was spotlessly clean and had every amenity I would ever need. Debbie was a fantastic host and has a special property, I hope to stay there again next time I am in the area
