Summary: What a great location. The river just off the balcony is peaceful and relaxing. The round house is a unique experience that you should try. Communication with the property management was smooth, easy, and reliable. A small gripe is that we wished all the blinds worker. All in all, we will be back!

Summary: It was a great property with beautiful Vistas. Loved watching the cows across the river! Only negative was that there was no access to the river which we found a little strange since the cabin is located on the river. But all in all, it was very welcoming and relaxing.

Summary: A wonderful place to stay! Property was clean, stocked with the necessities, and the location was perfect: About 20-30min from downtown Boone, Blowing Rock, and plenty of hikes/overlooks on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The host was kind and communicative, and being right on the New River was amazing--each day, I was able to watch beavers, otters, deer, etc. all from the deck. Grateful I was able to stay here, and highly recommend if you're looking for a spot in Boone!

Summary: Our adult sons joined us for a weekend away. Plenty of room for four adults. WELL stocked kitchen with plenty of towels assorted pans and bake ware. Be sure you have your access info before you arrive because there’s no cell service if you don’t have it when you arrive. Management was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay again!

Summary: We had a wonderful time. Location was beautiful, clean and well appointed. Walking distance to river adventures was perfect and you can find a great swimming place in the river.my kids loved watching the comical livestock near the home. The deck and water view was lovely.

Summary: Had a great time! Tubing on the river is just a little bit away (maybe 2 minutes) easy to get back and forth from. Enjoyed our stay. Had a family of 4 stay at the house, that's about all it will hold, but perfect for what we needed. Plenty of area to sit outside and enjoy the river view.
