Summary: This house was perfect for our big family, it felt like home as soon as we walked in. We throughly enjoyed our stay. I can’t say enough how well equipped the kitchen was. It had everything you would need to cook and was very spacious. The owners definitely made sure we had everything we needed.

Summary: The house was great! We had 15 employees for our company retreat. There was more than enough room for everyone. The outdoor areas were very comfortable. There is a spacious game room. It was a really great experience for everyone. We highly recommend Caddo Patio!

Summary: We had a crew of all different ages and we absolutely loved this place. The game room and media room was a hit. We had plenty of room for all 20 of us and then some. The place was very clean and fully stocked except for soap in the bathrooms. 100% would book this place again. It is right on the Caddo River for the kids to play and can watch them from the porch balcony.

Summary: The house was great! Bigger than we expected and laid out perfectly for us and our four kids' families. Beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was right on the couple of minor issues that came up. The kids were in the little branch of the river in front of the house for most of the week - like a big swimming pool, Overall, a great place for us.

Summary: The property was perfect for a multi-generational family. Large open kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a large connected game room. The outside porch was wonderful for large group seating. Two dishwashers, two washer/dryer sets, multiple TV’s, media room, and multiple charging stations made this a wonderful property for young and old. Access to the river was great and enjoyed by all. En suite bathrooms were awesome in ALL bedrooms!!! The “bunk room” had its own bathroom and was wonderful for sleeping arrangements for kids and teens! The hosts were super responsive to questions and needs!! Highly recommend this property for large gatherings!!!
