Summary: Great overall experience. Clean, friendly and helpful staff, up-scale boutique feel, hip vibe without being too “clubby”, lots of close parking, great location in Scottsdale. Only negative is the scent pumped through the HVAC into the lobby and main indoor common areas. It could be a nice enhancement to the ambiance if it were subtle; instead, it’s overpowering like a 25 year old bro doused in cologne heading to the clubs. Bummer we couldn’t enjoy more of the hotel, because within five minutes of being in the main lobby and areas by the bar and restaurant, the scent was giving me a migraine.

Summary: The parking garage was hard to get to ,dark and in the basement. It did not feel like a luxurious hotel parking garage. As a guest of the hotel, I should be allowed to park in the parking lot directly in front of the hotel.

Summary: Had to change rooms 2 different times minimum due to rooms being dirty. One with food and dirt crumbs all over the floor, bed and room couch also and fresh white stains unknown origin. The second room was filled with cigarette smoke. Security came to look and verified my claim. House keeping didn’t come until, day 3 of a 4 night 5 day stay. Made the bed but did not change linen either time they cleaned room. Manager did adjust room cost because I did have to move from the king suit with balcony and Mountain View that I booked to just a king room city view. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. Would not book this hotel again. Definitely not worth the cost.
