Positive: Decent value for money, the apartment building is nice. The staff are quite responsive on WhatsApp, and are always striving to improve or rectify problems. The property is adequately clean, but not as “sparkling clean” as other reviews suggested.
Negative: Swimming pool and gym was out of order whilst we were there, so we had to go to another block to use the services - which we didn’t. The internet stopped working for an evening whilst we were there, and was quite slow for the majority of the stay. It’s definitely not “high-speed” as they advertise. The air conditioning unit in the living room was broken - it blows hot as well cold air. There is a water dispensing machine, but the water tastes like the dispenser hasn’t been cleaned in a long while - tastes almost “green”.

Positive: The moment we enter the unit it was so Impeccably clean. Excellent condition, Well maintained facilities. Towel & linen so clean and fresh. The bed so incredibly comfortable. Cosy, homely atmosphere. The view from each room is so breathtaking. The unit provides all the amenities i needs. Overall, it exceed my expectations and provides unforgettable experience. I will definitely recommend the unit to anyone looking a perfect place to stay in jakarta. Staff are really helpful, easy to reach and cooperative
Negative: Unfortunately.. Not like a single dust i dislike about the unit.

Positive: The number one thing we liked about this property is the location. We could see Monas from our room and therefore our NYE was perfect because of the view. Secondly, the apartment was sparkling clean and has all the amenities we needed. Towels & Kitchen utensils were clean. Comfortable bed. Wifi and AC working properly. Parking space was plenty. Downstairs it has Farmers Market and Cafes. Securities were very polite and friendly. Everything was great. We really enjoyed our 8 nights stay in this apartment. We’ll definitely use your service again the future.
Negative: It’ll be better if you can put some wall mounted hangers in the bathroom. Also, it’ll be much better if you could put mirror inside the bedroom instead of only in the bathroom. Thank you.

Positive: Excellent location in Central Jakarta close to many famous landmarks in the city such as the National Monument and Bundaran HI. The property itself was well maintained and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. Communications with the staff regarding the check in and check out process was also clear.
Negative: Traffic in the street in front of the apartment is a bit busy at times, but this is to be expected in a city like Jakarta.
