Positive: The location right on the ski hill on one side and right in the village on the other exit, super nice staff, big dining table in the room, warm rooms, great fireplace, good kitchen.
Negative: Cleaning not the best, we had to clean the kitchen after arrival together with washing the dishes and tables and fridge but this is not the only Canadian hotel with that issue so we travel with our cleaning kit. Too many intermediaries in the booking process: booking.com via RedAwning via BearCountry Property Management who can do the booking the cheapest way. Really? All these companies are like hyenas eating up the families incomes, it is unacceptable. Added more than 1000$ to the total cost. Phone the hotel directly and book next time. I learned too late…

Positive: Kitchenette had everything we needed. Property is right on the main ski slopes so easy to get in and out of. Across the street from the 'village'.
Negative: Amenities didn't align with what was shown in the pictures. There was a sofa bed (broken, uncomfortable) but no Murphy bed. Water was scorching hot, luckily grandson did not get burned.
Summary: Great location, tight quarters.

Positive: We had dinner downstairs and it was great food. You could get to the village very easily and within walking distance from all amenities. Reception was always available and answered any questions you had. Rooms were clean. Skiing was fun and the sleigh ride was wonderful. Fun was had by all and we would go back again.
