Our house is a supremely private 3 bedroom villa sitting atop one of the highest spots on the island. On the sea with 180 degree ocean views, the sunsets are spectacular. Over an acre, this property includes beautiful flowering gardens, unobstructed sea views, and complete solitude (except for the hummingbirds!).
Our villa is renovated and refurnished and all roads are now paved. It has three spacious bedrooms (each with ocean views), 2 full bathrooms, a modern and fully-equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, and a huge screened porch facing the pool and ocean for dining and relaxing. This house is perfect for guests who want quiet, private beauty ... yet with wifi and cell phone reception, central access to restaurants, Grace Bay (Trip Advisor's best beach on the planet!) and other beaches, and shopping.
For your added comfort, our villa is equipped with an alarm system, monitored outdoor security cameras, floodlights, a front security gate, and a wall safe. Reservations are fully refundable up until 60 days before check-in, but nonrefundable after that.

Summary: What an incredible experience! Where to start? Pauline & Barry were there from the beginning to ensure our vacation was off to the perfect start. They met us at our car rental agency & took us to the amazing hilltop retreat. They showed us all around the house, made sure we had everything we needed, and gave us recommendations for restaurants & groceries. The house itself was absolutely amazing- even better than the pictures somehow. The bathrooms were straight out of a spa, the house is so well furnished & equipped everything we could possibly have needed (& then some!). There were full sized new bottles for toiletries, extra garbage bags, paper towels, spices, cooking essentials and everything was thoughtfully supplied to be comfortable upon arrival. They even have a separate fridge for drinks and a water cooler with multiple bottle refills. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious retreat, look no further! Every detail was impeccable.

Summary: We traveled to T&C for scuba diving and lucked into this unbelievable spot. 180 dregree views and completely privacy meant my family was able to let our hair down and destress! Host and house manager extremely helpful. Beds very comfortable, kitchen well appreciated, pool beautiful.

Summary: The property is well cared for and clean with beautiful views as advertised. Barry and Pauline provided excellent customer service from arrival (escorted my family to the property) to departure ( stopped in to say goodbye) and everything in between ( periodic visits to property to clean pool etc.) They were always pleasant, informative and made my family feel welcomed. The home is well stocked with utensils, towels, and beach equipment. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. The home is in close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and beaches however it retains its seclusion. Our best stay in Turks and Caicos yet!

Summary: Where do I begin?? The property was even more amazing than the pictures showed, if that's possible!! The house was perfect for my husband and I along with our 3 daughters. We spent a lot of our time in the pool! We also enjoyed exploring down by the marina...the turtles were so much fun to watch! I will say, it was very handy to have rented a jeep. The road is very rough and rocky getting to the house. Just keep that in mind when choosing a rental car. Barry and Pauline were an absolute delight. They were so helpful and a joy to visit with. Communication with Jonathan was also exceptional! We had a blast exploring the island...snorkeling, jet ski tour, beach time and endless restaurants! Our favorite restaurant was Baci! By far, one of our favorite vacations! Can't wait to go back and will definitely choose Blue Hideaway again!

Summary: Incredible all around! Breath-taking panoramic views in nearly total seclusion. The house was perfect. Clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our family of 6. The property manager, Pauline, and her husband greeted us at our car rental and we caravanned over to the property. It’s a bit rough driving once you get near the property. It’s secured with gates and a full security system. Gorgeous well-kept tropical landscaping surrounds this charming open-concept home. The pool was the perfect patio entertainment for our family when we weren’t exploring the island. We walked down by the shoreline for sight seeing and almost always saw sea turtles and occasional rays. Again, total privacy :) We watched sunsets & sunrises daily from our patio. We ventured out with the beach chairs, beach towels & umbrella that Pauline had ready for us the moment we arrived. She also left us with bags of ice and coolers so we took those each day with the portable drinking coolers each time we left for a full beach day. We did 4 full beach days, 1 excursion to the North & Middle Caicos, lots of fishing & snorkeling, 3 local restaurants and ALL the family bonding. We preferred eating the majority of our meals at home on the patio together. Grocery stores had everything we needed and the house was full of spices & essentials for food prep. We used the grill and had our own lil’ backyard BBQ. Humming birds & mocking birds and lots of little lizards surrounded the yard. Truly Paradise!

Summary: We had simply an amazing stay at this villa. The location is lovely...up with a great breeze, overlooking the ocean, lovely pool, updated everything, gorgeous handmade cabinetry, gated driveway, security system, internet was flawless. Summary: Absolutely fabulous property and location! We enjoyed every second of our stay and can’t think of a better holiday to escape to in the spring. Pauline and Barry were absolutely wonderful and kind and attentive as the property managers. The owners and team keep this property pristine. Look no further if you want a 5 star home in a 5 star location. Truly heaven on earth.

Summary: The stay was overall very nice. The property gets quite windy and there are some improvements that could be made. The pool was not heated, so utilization of the pool in the evening was a cold decision. The security lighting outside has no off switch, so you have to unscrew the light bulbs to have darkness to stargaze. The outside shower could use a wind block to enjoy a comfortable shower. There were not any brooms or vacuums to help keep sand and dirt minimized for the duration of our stay. The property is incredibly beautiful perched on a hill overlooking an unfinished marina; however, you must drive to get to a nice beach. I think that I would stay here again, but would look for a better price value for what we received.

Summary: The property was in a quaint little quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasant surprise how quiet it was on the hill. It was overlooking a marina that was barely used. Property was well stocked with everything we needed. The only thing I would add is some insulated cups to take with to the beach or to sit by the pool. It would also be nice to have a few more beach towels. Thankfully there was a clothes line and a dryer to use. Would absolutely stay here again.
