Positive: Very nice place, quiet. Need to arrange for good transportation (not unusual for Provo).
Negative: We stayed one night, so the cleaning fee seems steep. However, the place was very clean.

Positive: What a great place! We highly recommend and enjoyed very much staying at the Flamingo house! It was a large and airy three bedroom house, 2 1/2 bathrooms, large kitchen, with all the utensils, nice size living room with big screen TV and high ceilings. This was the perfect spot for three friends traveling for a girlfriend get away nice quiet area. We usually stay right on the beach, but prices were too high for our budget. We were so pleased with staying at the Flamingo House, being able to cook many of our meals. It was also great renting a car and having the freedom to explore the island! Peter, the owner was extremely accommodating and very helpful about where to go to eat and things to see and do. He sent us a document with all the good spots. He was very too easy to contact and responsive on WhatsApp. * cuisinart blender * Toaster oven * Regular toaster * Tea kettle * Coffee maker * BBQ grill * Water cooler * Fully stopped kitchen with all the pots pans utensils * Stove fridge dishwasher * Spices * Beach chairs * Snorkel equipment * Beach towels * Outside deck with hammock. * Large TV in living room as well as main bedroom. With Netflix, etc.. * Nearby grocery store, IGA Grace Way.
Negative: We had absolutely no complaints about this property except maybe we wish we couldโ€™ve stayed longer!

Positive: Away from the hustle and bustle of the main highway. Quiet and peaceful. I laid in the hammock and drifted off to sleep in no time. Enough island breeze you donโ€™t need air conditioning.

Positive: The house had absolutely everything someone could need, whether regarding the kitchen accessories (even having a Weber grill outside!!) or for enjoying the beach (beach chairs, snorkeling gears, towels, cooler, ice packs, etc.). There was also a variety of spices and basic things to cook, which makes it a lot easier rather than having to buy everything for very small use. Water 18L bottle also provided. The house is very spacious and comfy, and the very big terrace was also very appreciated. Would recommend anytime !
