Positive: Staff were great on check in.
Negative: Room had a unpleasant odour on arrival. Couch felt & looked unclean especially on arm rests. Sadly during our stay an unfortunate incident occurred when a resident had a bad fall from upstairs level landing outside our front door, we assisted where possible till ambulance arrived although sad this happened we were still inconvenienced for a few hours as our front door had to remain open the whole time so the ambulance & fire brigade could attend to resident.
