With modern decoration and a fantastic porch with probably the most beautiful private garden in the complex. Very sunny all day long with sofa and armchairs to relax, hammocks, BBQ table and chairs for 6 people and views of the pool. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living / dining room and open kitchen. Two beaches just 5 minutes walk and 3 minutes from the commercial area with bars, restaurants, supermarket, shops and all kinds of services. Only 10 minutes walk from the well known Marina de Cala 'Or.

Summary: We’ve been to Cala D’or three time and this place in my opinion is the best place to stay. The pools are fabulous, like having your own private pool. Francisco is a great host and can’t do enough for you. It’s ideally located for Cala Egos, the port area and a short walk into Cala D’or centre

Summary: We stayed here for three weeks and combined remote work and vacation. The apartement had everything we needed and was super clean. Beds are super comfortable. The WiFi was excellent, which was important for our remote work. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere on our terrace and the pools in the complex. Nearby are shops, restaurants and two calas, all reachable by foot. The owner provided recommendations for restaurants, calas and sightseeing, all of them were super nice. The best beaches of Mallorca are in this area. We really loved it. Thank you for the nice stay.

Summary: The apartment was very clean and well equipped for our holiday. Francisco was very helpful with showing us around the apartment and telling us about the local area and to contact him if any problems ( which we didn't have). The complex is fab, lots of pools and none were busy. We will def be returning.

Summary: This property is in a good area, close to shops, restaurants, beaches. It has a private parking. Communication with the owner was easy. He was very helpful. Explained everything about the island. The flat was very clean and spacious. It has everything you need. The garden was lovely. It has various pools. Due to the weather unfortunately we couldn't use them :( The only issue was a noisy neighbour who has two dogs which barked a lot, and we heard the neighbour cooking dinner at 10pm. Also was watching TV very loudly. So if you are a light sleeper, be aware. Also the tap water is salty so prepare to buy a lot of bottled water. Otherwise we had a lovely stay. I would definitely recommend it especially in hot weather.

Summary: My husband, and I stayed in this great apartment over Easter with our 14 and 10 year old sons. We had a lovely relaxing break. The apartment is famtastic and well equipped with everything you need, only a short walk to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the gorgeous marina. Francisco was brilliant , very friendly and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend it. We hope to book again for next year!
