Negative: Unit 4: mattress needs replacing. There is a hairball in the shower drain, which is unsanitary. Clogs the drain up so that you end up stepping in hairball water. The floor around the toilet bowl and the porcelain base of the toilet have not been cleaned.

Summary: The location is great but the cleanliness could be improved.
