Summary: Property has nice facilities and very good all inclusive food service/buffet. The rooms themselves are fairly standard.

Summary: Great hotel and would defo recommend. I would say that for the money and it being October holidays the day entertainment was very poor and would never go again this time of year and pay what I paid for that level of entertainment. The staff are all super friendly and can’t fault any of them! I would be rating it lower had the staff not been so great.

Summary: There is nothing not to like about Side Resort Hotel, it is clean the staff are all friendly. Great choice of food daily with a different outside grill option every night, themed evenings were great fun, the entertainment finished around 10:00pm each evening so great for families, bars closed at 11:00pm, for us everything was perfect, clean & friendly it’s a 3*plus but we feel it was more a 4*. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: Staff were excellent and property clean. Food was satisfactory although slightly repetitive. Only problem was slide in children's pool did not have water running down all the time, so most of the time was ineffective. Would recommend a stay here though.

Summary: Nice, clean hotel in good location with helpful staff but food was a bit repetitive and they often would run out of certain things. Also no all inclusive facility at the beach!

Summary: There should be a bellboy to handle your luggage and to show you the way to your room after longtime travel. Customer service is required for helping guest with informations they need, the housekeeping should take aware about the cleaning more. My overall stay was ok and i enjoyed.

Summary: Generaly its great Hotel. Cleanlines, rooms, breakfast all superb. Only things let down to this Hotel is not being on the beach. Even if you request Seaview rooms there is no point as you cant really see view because of distance. They have a free servise in the mornings running to the beach which is good.
