Nice house with 2 apartment on a calm and large landed area. Near the st-Laurence river who is at 10 min walk. and 20 min from the old Quebec. Just across the Quebec 100 Years historical bridge. Very close to a power center including outlets, Costco's, Walmart, Home Depot, etc Name it... The pool will chill you on summer and the air open and large windowed and the fire stove will give you a great experience.

Summary: It is a great little place for a family visiting Quebec. Frederic is super helpful and responsive. We got in very late and he accommodated us getting in. The house has 3 good sized bedrooms, the bathroom and Kitchen are very nice!! We had friends staying in a hotel for 8 days and they were very jealous of our accommodations and the price. There are a couple of stores to get everything you need for cooking etc. within minutes of driving. You can be in Old Town within 25 minutes and only 20 minutes to the airport. Great place and great owner!! Thanks Frederic!

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights and 3 days at this house/apartment. Overall we had a good experience, despite a few speed bumps. We arrived in the evening so it was a little hard to see which entrance was the one we were looking for as there's no numbers at the end of the driveway (something we're used to seeing on Ontario side roads) once we located the proper side of the shared building we got inside without any issues. First impressions were pretty good; updated items and flooring throughout,. Only had a few issues that popped up throughout our trip. The stove wasn't working the night we got there, as we intended to eat most of our meals at the house, and the downstairs living room lights had no switch to turn off. I emailed the owner as soon as those things presented themselves, then went to bed. The next morning, before leaving the house, I decided to call the owner to talk directly to him about the issues, he picked up the phone right away and seemed very curtious. He explained a little about the problems we were having, and said he'd be over within the hour to fix the problems. When we came back everything worked perfectly. Overall we all had a good time and would consider staying again if we were to make another trip to Quebec. FYI for future visitors, there's no cell reception in the basement so you'll have to be upstairs to make phone calls or received text messages.

Summary: We loved this place, Realy quiet and close to the city. There's a power center is at 5 min drive. No sign of negative point we saw in the other review. The roam are downstair but we already notice that. Quality sheets and bed. No sign of humidity but we let the dehumidifier on , it Starts a couple of time. all the basic cooking stuff are available.
