Newly renovated 3-bedroom ancestral home - well located. Ideal for those looking for a private home with a fully equipped kitchen. Great lodging those looking for a fully furnished home for over 31 days (e.g needing a temporary place to stay while waiting to move into a house, move back to a house that was damaged by fire or water, staycationers, workcationers, et.)
We are dog friendly. A dogs up to 75lbs is accepted. If there is more than one dog or if your fur baby is a bit over the weight limit - you will need to contact me first. Please include the breed of the dog(s) and weight when sending a request.
Amenities: Wifi, washer & dryer, dishwasher. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Two bedrooms have double-beds (new mattresses) and one bedroom a single bed (sleeping space for 5). Full bathroom on second floor with heated floor, and half bath on main floor. The main floor has an open-air concept and boasts of a kitchen with tons of cupboard space, a 10-foot island, a separate dining room and a living room with cable TV. The house has private parking (plowing included) - the driveway holds up to 3 cars. Also included, blankets, bed sheets, pillowcases, towels, toys / books for children and adults, and much more.
NOTE: For long term rentals, office equipment such as a desk, desk chair and a monitor are available and can be set up in the single bedroom.
The house is situated in a residential area on the south shore of Quebec City close to a multitude of services. Minutes from cross-country ski centre, shopping, restaurants, train station, etc, I am sure you will love it here. In addition, the house is located only 20 minutes from other well sought areas and activities, such major shopping centres, Old downtown Quebec City, Village des sports' winter land, etc.

Summary: We had a wonderful long weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday, and were able to visit the German Christmas market a few times. This house is located just over the bridge, about a 25 minute drive from the château Frontenac. It was clean, well appointed, and just a great place to spend the weekend. pro tip, if you don’t mind walking a little bit, parking at the Vieux Port and walking to the castle was much easier than finding parking in the immediate vicinity.

Summary: Beautifully rebuilt, nice, quiet location, and a close drive to Quebec City. However, the beds were a bit creaky, the walls were a thin enough to hear those creaks, and the basement is unfinished. But overall, it was a nice accommodating place, great for a family of 3-4 with a small child.

Summary: The property itself was amazing, clean and comfortable. Andree went above and beyond for our stay even assisting us before we arrived to with parks and restaurants recommendations. The home was stunning and all the amenities were beautifully done. The home is in a good location only around 20 mins from the city. Close to stores such as Costco, Walmart and SAQ. Definitely recommend this property and really enjoy our stay. 10/10!

Summary: Our stay at Andree house was convenient and a beautiful home . We traveled with our dog , the neighborhood was quiet and a very nice walking area . Our commute to old Quebec was convenient . Andree was very easy to contact and she was very forthcoming with all information . We had a great trip and stay!

Summary: We needed a place to stay close to the PEPS venue for our family, including my 85 year old mother-in-law, husband, daughter’s boyfriend and our two pups. The house was easy to find, clean and comfortable, stylishly decorated but home-like. It was handy for regular trips in to Laval as well as Quebec City and easy access to highways. Andree, our host, was lovely, responsive and very helpful. We recommend this property highly!

Summary: We really appreciated how welcoming this home was for our whole family - including our dog Ralph. The dog bed and water dish were helpful. The child’s room was perfect for our 7 year old. It was very close to Quebec City.

Summary: Our family loved our stay at Andrée’s house. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. You do not really hear a thing except for a couple of trains in the morning. It is very close to Chaudière falls, the attraction that I would highly recommend. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Place d’Youville by car. The house itself is very clean and spacious, with a great vibe in it. The owner lives in the house when the renting season if off, so it has every little thing that you might need during your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with high quality pots and pans (something you usually never see in rented homes) and a great collection of spices. There are two comfortable king size beds and a twin bed. The listing says that it is a kid size bed, so we were a bit worried, but my teenage daughter said that it was a good size for her. Andrée is very friendly and always ready to help. I regret that we were unable to meet in person. Thank you, Andrée, for our great vacation in Quebec city.

Summary: I highly recommend this rental. The host, Andrée, is very responsive. The house has a beautifully renovated kitchen and master bathroom (both very well stocked). The back yard is a nice place to sit in the shade. The standup fans really cool off the house nicely. The child’s room is very sweet (although the bed would not fit a teen). The location is only a few minutes from the bridge into Quebec City. All in all, it’s a very nice home base for visiting the area.
