This apartment of 50 m2, totally restructured and put in the technical standards in 2012 consists of an entrance having a big mirror and a living room open on the American kitchen entirely equipped. The floor of the kitchen and the bathroom is tiled. These two rooms each have a window and therefore natural lighting and ventilation.
All windows are double glazed.
In the bedroom you have a new bed 140 cm wide and 200 cm long. On each side of the bed is a bedside table with its independent bedside lamp that allows reading or if you prefer: watch TV from your bed.
The owner pays full attention to the quality and harmonization of colors for bed linen: fitted sheet, duvet cover and two pillows (one square and one rectangular per person).
The bathroom is adjacent to the room. You will find a washbasin on a black granite worktop to put your toiletries, two large mirrors above, and a magnifying mirror light for shaving and makeup. An adapter plug for electrical appliances from North America is provided, so no worries for Madame's hair dryer (provided and available) and Mr.'s electric shaver !!!
The walk-in shower is 1.50 m long and 0.90 m wide. For your toilet, each occupant has a shower sheet and a toweling towel and a washcloth and liquid soap.
The living room and the bedroom, each lit by a large and high window, have a wooden floor and two carpets. The sources of lighting are many and varied: a central crystal chandelier for great brightness, lamps at the end of the sofa for your rest and reading, lighting tables for a cozy atmosphere and zen!
