Summary: Great place, nice location, view of the ocean, easy walk to the beach. Excellent deck, nice layout, assigned parking. Flaws were the floors were not swept, the keypad lock didn’t work when we arrived, we had to call the prop mgr and they got it sorted quickly but it shouldn’t have happened. All in all, nice place and we would stay there again.

Summary: This is a nice place to stay, was clean and organized. The view is above the tennis courts but facing the ocean. Pool is just outside your back door and hot tub was great. Only a 4-5 minute walk to the ocean at poipu beach and the sunsets. The trails in this area are amazing so if you are into walking Each morning it’s great! , the air con is a floor model in the bedroom which worked ok, if you open the shutters at night the breeze flows through and is a great temp. I would stay again!

Summary: The unit was perfect, enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court. It was close to the beach, loved watching the turtles come in to rest snd sun on the beach. It was close to the golf course, restaurants and shopping. We come to Kauai ever January, we would rent this unit again!

Summary: My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 step walk to the pool and awesome hot tub. The house is equipped with all you need to cook and enjoy your stay. We will definitely stay here again on our next vacation.

Summary: This unit has a great location for all things Poipu. Great layout, very clean and modern. Everything is well organized and labeled, which meant you're never searching for things. You can tell the owner really cares about the guest's experience. Highly recommend.
