Nice house with 2 VRBO apartments, on a calm and large landed area surrounded by the city. Near the St Laurence river who is at 10 min walk. and 20 min from the old Quebec. A power center including costco , Wallmart Home Depot & every shop you can think, located at 5 Min drive. Also Man restaurant nearby, I suggest you try Ashton once which is a local very good fast food. The pool is shared with 1 appt and is up&running since 15 of June thru 15 of September

Summary: This was a good, enough space VRBO for a family of 5, or even a few more. The pool view from the dining area is a lovely feature. The beds were comfortable, as was the couch. The appliances were pretty new and worked well. The pool could have been cleaner but part of that problem is that the paint is chipping. One bedroom had no lights at all. Aside from those easy fixes, it was a nice family vacation location. The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions.

Summary: My family enjoyed staying in this place during our visit to Quebec City. My kids love seeing the baby goose, ducks, and chicks in the backyard.

Summary: Frederick was amazing to deal with. His responses were always timely and he has great English. He gave us alot of information about the immediate area, and some things to so while we were visiting the area. The rental is well stocked with the essentials, its a newer rental to vrbo so still ironing out some renovation details but all in all it was a great space. Wood stove helps make it cozy, ample parking and close commute to the city. Everything you need shopping-wise is very close as well! We would stay again!
