It is located on the 2nd floor in the Tennisplace Condominiums, just off the causeway as you enter the Island. It provides easy access on and off the island, and is only a 2 minute walk to the Causeway Beach. The condo amenities include pristine tennis courts as well as an in ground pool, bbq grill, and coin-operated laundry facilities. We provide 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a fishing pole to help you enjoy your beach experience which is only 1.9 miles to Sanibel Lighthouse Beach. Please note there is a two week minimum rental requirement during the months of February, March, and April.

Summary: It was as beautiful as it was in the pictures. The ceiling fans were so nice and the coolness (great ac) was appreciated. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything needed for meal creation. The neighborhood was private, nice and quiet. Loved being able to park under roof to keep the car cooler. A leisurely drive got us to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Summary: Nice & clean. Lisa, Property Manager, communicated nicely. We would go back to this unit again, but Sanibel is still in the midst of hurricane Ian (Sept 2022 devastation) renovation

Summary: Our only suggestion would be that you provide instructions on how to view television stations. We found it impossible to find any live TV stations.
