Summary: Das Inventar im Haus ist alles schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gartenliegen waren soweit in Ordnung. Die Stühle waren aus Plastik und für längeres Sitzen nicht so gut geeignet. Die Dusche im Bad ist soweit in Ordnung auch die Toilette und das Waschbecken waren i.O. Der Boiler ist mit 30 Litern etwas knapp bemessen. Das Schlafzimmer war soweit in Ordnung das Bett und die Matratze waren perfekt Allerdings muss gesagt werden für 4 Personen ist es alles etwas knapp. Mit Hund perfekt.

Summary: Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Keine Nachbarn. genau richtig wer Ruhe sucht. Das Grundstück ist schön groß und komplett Eingezäunt genau richtig für Hunde. Natur pur. Die Straße die am Grundstück vorbei führt ist Tagsüber mehr befahren Abends weniger. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wieder dort hinfahren. Es müßte in dem Haus einen hinweiß geben wie man in Italien den Müll entsorgt.

Summary: Tutto perfetto, la casa è completa di tutto quel che necessita...la posizione è tranquilla e l'enorme spazio esterno alberato che la circonda è completamente recintato, offrendo cosi un ottima soluzione per chi come noi viaggiava con 2 cagnolini. La possibilità di poter prendere indisturbati il sole in giardino,fare una grigliata all'esterno bevendo una birra fresca non è da poco...I proprietari disponibilissimi e simpaticissimi. E cosa importante,sei vicinissimo a tutto.Consigliatissimo.Ivan

Summary: Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti dai proprietari di casa, che si sono subito dimostrati molto gentili. La casa è immersa nella Maremma (quindi non spaventarsi per qualche insetto, ragnetto o cicala) isolata, pertanto si può godere della pace della natura. Ideale per staccare la spina immersi nella maremma e non molto distanti da località quali il parco della maremma, Grosseto con il suo Duomo o le spiagge toscane. Lo consiglio a chi è stanco dei suoni della città.

Summary: Maison très agréable pour 2 personnes. Le calme à 20 km des plages. Très bon accueil des propriétaires très sympathiques. Le tout dans une très belle région.

Summary: c'est un coin de paradis agréable à vivre avec toutes les commodités. Très fonctionnel et discret car très arboré et doté en été d'une douche extérieure très agréable.On a apprécié le barbecue extérieur et la paix du lieu très tranquille. Une grande envie d'y retourner ! un rapport qualité/ prix remarquable. Mais surtout un accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant des propriétaires qui nous donnent d'excellents conseils pour toutes les visites environnantes et les bons lieux pour se restaurer. Conseils de voyage: Pour découvrir toutes les beautés du lieu, 2 semaines ou plus sont nécessaires : les sites archéologiques étrusques, les " Maremme ", l'ile d'Elbe et tous les villages maritimes historiques qui sont tellement pittoresques.

Summary: Très belle maison au calme, idéal pour se reposer. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et chaleureux. Tout s'est très bien passé ! Le jardin est grand, beau et à l'abri des regards. Je recommande sans réserve cette location ! Conseils de voyage: Superbe région riche en activités et loisirs : agrotourisme, randonnées, ruines étrusques et romaines à roselle, nombreux villages avec des monuments historiques aux alentours. La plage est situé à 10km et nous sommes à 60km de Sienne et à 1h environ de Florence. La campagne elle même est très belle.

Summary: Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances dans cette maison. Elle est idéalement située à quelques kilomètres de la ville pour faire quelques courses, mais aussi à moins de 25 minutes de plages absolument propres et bien fréquentées. La maison en elle–mêmeest très chouette. Bien équipée, tout est pensé pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. La décoration est simple mais choisie avec gout. L’extérieur est très agréable, notamment le soir. L’intérieur avec la grande table dans la cuisine permet de partager des moments merveilleux. La literie est plus que correcte. Les sanitaires sont propres et pratiques. La maison est installée au pied d’une colline aux allures encore sauvages. L’endroit est calme. Cerise sur le gâteau : un marchand de fruits et légumes estinstallés à cent mètres à peine de la maison. D’ailleurs, les marchands sont très sympas !Bref, une location avec un rapport qualité/ prix incomparable. Enfin, les propriétaires sont très charmants et super sympas. Cette maison est idéale pour des vacances réussies en couple ou en famille. Conseils de voyage: La région tout simplement très belle. Les habitants et les commerçants sont très accueillants. Très compréhensifs sur notre italien plus qu’approximatif, les restaurateurs à chaque fois prenaient leur temps pour nous expliquer au mieux. La circulation est simple et fluide. Les routes ne sont surpeuplées, même en pleine saison ! Nous avons jeté notre dévolue sur les plages de Castiglione della Pescaia, à moins de 30 minutes de la maison. Les plages sont superbes, calmes, et propres. Une cité médiévale (magnifique à visiter la nuit) surplombe la mer. cette région n'a pas fini de nous revoir !! ;)
