Negative: There were not any hangers for the clothes, toaster knobs were missing, pot holders, kleenex, coffee, filters, salt & pepper and beach towels were missing. We do alot of cooking in our rentals and it isn't really set up for that although there were pots and pans and stuff.
Summary: Great location but kitchen lacking.....

Positive: The location of the facility was great. Acess to the beach was great. The pool was very nice. The staff at the Calyspo were great and friendly.
Negative: The shower curtain was molded in the master bathroom. The floor baseboards were dirty and dusty. The toilet seat lid in the master bathroom was dirty. It was difficult getting in touch with someone about the leak from the hot water heater. Once we did, they fixed it. The parking pass was an issue. I never saw the email about the parking pass. When I tried to contact someone about it, I could not get anyone to answer my questions. The phone number on the window of the condo took me to a rental agent who could not answer me. I was finally able to find the answers myself. There needs to be a contact person directly associated with the condo I am staying in. I also left my hair straightener and have no clue how to contact anyone to see if I can get it back.
Summary: We enjoyed our trip itself.

Positive: This property was walking distance to a lot of stuff to see and do.
Negative: It sleeps 6 but only one parking pass is allowed for the garage. That’s ridiculous
