The new home construction features custom interior designs such as granite counter tops in kitchen & bathrooms, custom tile flooring, recessed lighting, chefs kitchen with convection oven & top of the line appliances. Large open floor plan concept with Master Suite & Bunk Room on opposite ends of the home for added privacy. The living room has a 60" tv, Master Bedroom a 50", King Guest Room has a 45" & the Bunk Room and Queen have 35" Tv's. “Owner also owns a condo which is one block away (2 minute walk) VRBO#2393262 from this property which will sleep an additional 6 people if you have a group and need extra space! You could have sleeping area for 17 people!
Designer House Features:
Kitchen has top of the line convection oven, stainless steel microwave, fridge, dishwasher. Deep sink with sprayer, custom granite counter tops with a large island that will seat 4 guests. Breakfast area off the kitchen with custom crafted barn wood table will seat an additional 6 people. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils. Coffee maker & Keurig , crock pot, blender, mixer, toaster all included. Also features an electric grill with utensils.
Sleeping/Bedding:
High end comfortable mattresses in all rooms even bunks! Luxury cotton stitch soft quilting in every room!
1. Owners Suite with Luxury Bathroom: King Bed. Cable TV & entertainment cabinet for added storage. Dresser & storage bench. Bathroom features two large “his & hers” walk in closets, sinks & stand up tile glass surround shower, separate large garden tub, granite counter tops with custom tile flooring.
2. Guest Quarters #2: King bed. Features one large dresser, closet, 32 inch flat screen, DVD player & cable TV.
3. Guest Quarters #3: Queen bed. Features one dresser, closet, 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD & cable.
4. Guest Quarters #4: Bunk Beds Twin over Full. Features dresser, closet, 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD & cable.
We provide for your use a new large tub whirlpool side by side washer/dryer in its very own private laundry room stocked with an ironing board, iron, shelves for storage & hanging.
Living Room:
Huge open living room concept with tons of space so everyone can all be together for movie night!!! DVD player & Cable. Queen sleeper pull out sofa, love seat, two Serta recliners plus extra seating chairs so everyone may enjoy the room all at one time.

Summary: This was a wonderful place to stay at! The location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do, and especially the close beach access! Appliances and furniture were in great condition and were useful for lounging around, especially for my sibling's dog, who loved the dog-friendly mats. One of our family members who has a bad knee loved the single floor plan. Overall, a comfortable experience and one that we would definitely rebook for future vacations!

Summary: Everything that was described online was exactly how it was. I love that it was so close to the beach. But it was a quiet neighborhood. I loved that it had so many Utensils in the kitchen i didn't have to take anything. The only downside was the grill. It does not get hot enough. Not even for thinly sliced fajita. I had to finish cooking it on the stove.

Summary: Good location. Clean and roomy. Condo complex across street had jack hammering starting at 8am. Semi trucks offloading materials parked in front of house, had to get them to move in order to get out of driveway. Grass looks like it hasn't been cut in weeks. For a property that advertised for up to 11 people, doesn't have enough flatware or towels. House has great layout and we would rent it again, but the manager needs to take better care of the property and the noise level will be much better after the condo construction is complete.
