Summary: A truly wonderful experience. From the staff to the view across Razorback mountains this is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are huge and the food delicious. My only choice to stay in the region.

Summary: Lovely food, good staff, very nice bed in the room. Could do with having proper blackout blinds and better sound insulation between rooms, but otherwise excellent.

Summary: The room was large & very clean, bathroom was very clean also. Unfortunately we were in a room with an adjoining door & the people in the other room were very loud with the television blaring. We had a do not disturb sign on the door until 11.45 am as we were going to a function. When we got back to the room at 5pm it had not been serviced. I phoned & was told that the cleaning staff had left for the day and there was nothing they could do. When we checked out I raised this issue again with the Reception staff, no compensation was offered. When we returned home I received notification of a small charge on our credit card statement & when I enquired as to what it was I was told it was for bottled water. The bottled water had a With Compliments tag on it. They have now credited our a/c for that charge & I received a call from the Manager 5 days after leaving, still no compensation offered. A very disappointing stay & I won't be returning.

Summary: Nice and quiet, comfortable bed, can in in the side road and had trouble finding reception, should have better signage as this was the driveway my gps brought me too and I had a hard time finding reception. Was getting annoyed as I had a big day and all I wanted was to get into a room to relax. But other than that yes I would highly recommend, just fix the signing on the side road way, the hotel people said it happens often.
