Summary: Excellent choice for us--a great dock, fire pit with a beautiful view, and a comfortable cabin with good beds, comfortable living room, and everything you need. It's also pet friendly inside and out, which we greatly appreciate. And we so appreciate that dogs are allowed! One of the best features is a small screened porch--perfect place to sit and read or enjoy the view or have a cup of coffee. Lovely gathering spots outside include the fire pit area, the dock/water, and the screened porch--great to have options. Because of the time of year we visited (Oct.), the lake was very low and swimming was not practical. We were familiar with the planned drop in water levels so it wasn't a surprise. I would love it, though, if listings on this lake included those details so that we could plan more easily what to expect and when to book to enjoy regular lake levels. On the plus side, fall foliage was peak--and spectacular here. Also, we didn't need the sofa bed, but I don't know if it's practical for most people. The mattress is in a huge bag behind the door in one of the bedrooms--a foam mattress. Probably great for comfort but it would probably be difficult to put away for use of living room during the day. So maybe plan for use of the two excellent bedrooms and know that use of the sofa bed might feel difficult. Overall, a great stay--thanks much to the owners for making it available. We look forward to booking this place again if it remains available. We loved our week there.

Summary: Great private comfortable cabin right on the water. The mountain views were amazing, the water was super clear and the dock was a great place to sit and fish. The cabin was well stocked with everything your kitchen needs. Very cozy and the screened in porch was awesome as was the generous deck size. Rest, read, swim, canoe, it has it all! We had a great time!

Summary: Excellent accomodations. Fully equipped kitchen,organized,clean attention to detail throughout which made you feel like welcomed family members vs paying guests. Water front great for swimming and a dock to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the view. Perfect placement of fire pit at the shore to enjoy s'mores with an open view for star gazing. This one has it all. Hope to be back next year!

Summary: My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend (9/3-9/6) and were super pleased with this house. It was very clean, with a fantastic view, set away from all the hustle and bustle but still close enough to key things like markets and restaurants. Being able to watch the bald eagle fish off the lake in front of the deck was an added bonus. We would definitely visit again! Thank you for sharing!!!

Summary: This is an excellent home to rent for a stay on a Maine lake. It is well provisioned especially in the kitchen and has a really nice screened porch that provides a clear view of Mooselookmeguntic Lake. It features a short and safe walk to the long dock that provides a great location for relaxing while you wait for the loon and duck visits. Multiple boating options are on hand, canoe and kayak variety. We hated to leave on our last morning but hope to return soon.

Summary: We spent a week enjoying all the camp had to offer - amazing views, privacy, and relaxation. The property is very well equipped for all your vacation needs. Everything was extremely clean and in great condition. The kitchen has everything you need, and the beds and couches are comfortable. Having a dishwasher, washer, and dryer was a bonus. It is very dog friendly too! We have spent decades enjoying the Rangeley area and this camp is one of our favorites, and we hope to return! The only thing that might make it better would be comfy outdoor furniture. I would very highly recommend this place for your vacation.
