Summary: When I got there the elevator and the internet connection didn't work. It took them a while, but they got it working after 3 and 6 days respectively. The cleaning personal seemed a little overwhelmed, maybe due to carnival and left too little towels or too much cleaning agents in the rooms. But the personnel was very friendly and tried to solve all problems. The switching off of the radiators is a policy I don't like though

Summary: The hotel coundn’t help with the charging of the car Even though they had it on there site. Charging keept failing. But the Company reserved 60 EUR on my card. Rooms were cold at night and you couldn’ adjust the heating. General OK

Summary: The room and facilities were amazing, was confused at first about the shop shutters on the windows but got used to it pretty quick, the area is very nice and scenic, it gives off a motel vibe but it is very comfortable and nice to stay in
