Summary: This was our 4th time at this Campanille. We like it because it is ideal for our dog. Great walks in the woods only 5 mins away. The only problem was a power cut in the night, did not come back on until 7.15am.

Summary: I’ve usually had good experiences at Campaniles but this one was the worst I’ve known. The staff were very pleasant, but my room was in a bit of a state with a hole in the bathroom door repaired in amateur fashion. The bed was hard and the mattress hard and undulating so not comfortable at all. And to top it off, the wall between my room and the adjoining one was paper thin. There was a very noisy couple in the room next door and they talked loudly into the night. It felt as if they were in the room standing next to my bed. There is ZERO soundproofing. I had a tumultuous night’s sleep and I would not want to repeat the experience. I can barely drive today as I’m so tired.

Summary: Good for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Disappointed the restaurant doesn’t open at the weekend. We were however offered pizza. Breakfast was very good.

Summary: We had interrupted sleep from 1.50 am for about 2 hours with couple shouting and giggling. Highlighting the sound insulation is inadequate. It was like they were in the room with us . We had an early start and long journey the next day . So we weren’t very rested . Such a shame that people have no consideration for other patrons . When hardly anyone in hotel why put people in adjoining rooms ?
