This 4 bedrooms house (sleep up to 10 peoples) is situated in an unbeatable location in Campbelltown which overlooks Marsden Park (Park Central) across the street, footsteps to Macarthur Square Shopping, Macarthur Train Station, Campbelltown Hospital, Western Sydney University, many cafes and restaurants, all within 5-10 minutes walk.
This house has been designed as a kid/family friendly place with cot bed, changing table, and high chair for your infant.
Downstairs has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, a laundry room, an indoor dining area that overlook the Lake and Marsden Park across the street, and 2 open plan kitchen/living rooms with 2 massive 55" and 60" smart TV's (Netflix included).
The undercover outdoor dining area in the backyard has BBQ grill, table and chairs combined with fresh air in the garden create a unique and enjoyable environment to spend with your family. Double garage parking is also available, it can fit either 2 small cars or 1 big car.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms all built in wardrobes. One of the bedrooms upstairs is a Master Bedroom with a queen side bed, walk in wardrobe, and its own en-suite with shower & toilet. The other two bedrooms all with queen beds, and sharing a main bathroom upstairs. Pure luxurious 1000 thread count bed sheets and towels are included.
The rooms are professionally cleaned with the utmost details.
Additional features include ducted hot/cold air conditioning throughout, fenced boundary for your privacy, security alarm, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and blanket. Soap, shampoo, conditioner are provided. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil and pepper are provided, as well as all basic kitchenettes.
- We also accept pets staying at our property but please contact me to discuss.
- No more than number of guests booked may stay at the same time, please let us know for any additional guest.
- No Large Parties or Huge Gathering allowed. If there are neighbour complaints from noise or bad behaviour you will be asked to leave immediately.
- No noise after 10 pm.
- Camera video surveillance in use on the front entrance.
