Positive: I just loved the concept of tipi in the forest. Very clean camping area, big forest surrounding the campground, lots of birds and of course the lovely semois by my feet. It’s also a family camping so as a solo traveler you feel pretty safe.

Negative: The “insolite” part, you aren’t quite insolite, other tipis were in use by families with children running around and shouting. This was a bit tiring since I hoped to be in a calmer area. But you manage, I was out hiking the whole day and at night I set up my bbq while the kids slept. Only early mornings were hard - at the same time the birds were as loud as the kids 😂

Positive: The campsite is small and tucked away in a small valley. Very quiet site (although it was the end of the season so maybe that had something to do with it but feel it would have been quiet even during the summer months) The caravan was very modern and clean. It was well equipped.

Negative: If there had been internet (it had been knocked out by an electrical storm) they would charge for the privilege - in this day and age it doesn't really cost to run once it is installed. A very small thing - but - a chopping board would have been useful.

Summary: Much needed quiet camp site for a relaxing few days to start our holiday. Clean & comfortable
