Positive: Cute apartment in a decent location and bonus of a roof terrace.
Negative: No sink in toilet so had to open door and walk out of room to go to wash hands and you had to walk out of shower into living area as it’s one room - felt like it wasn’t sufficiently private at times

Positive: The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the Palma central and enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants, which were a real highlight.
Negative: Cons: A few significant issues While the hotel's age is understandable, there were several frustrating issues that made our stay difficult. * Inconsistent Cleanliness: We booked two rooms, and while one was perfectly fine, the other had a strong, unpleasant odor, suggesting the cleaning was not thorough. * Maintenance Problems: On the morning after we checked in, we discovered there was no hot water in our both rooms, and we had to contact the staff to get it fixed. * Lack of Instructions: There were no user manuals for the washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher. As international travelers, we had no idea how to operate them and had to contact the owner every time we wanted to use an appliance, which was very frustrating. * Parking Issues: We were grateful that parking was arranged for us, but the spot was very tight. The directions were only given verbally, so it was confusing to figure out exactly where to park. To make matters worse, the lights on the entire parking floor were out all day, making it completely dark.

Positive: The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The host Elva was lovely and very helpful. There was a huge basket of oranges in the reception area which we could help ourselves to, to make orange juice in our apartment. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool and roof terrace were great for relaxing after a long day sightseeing. At the end of our stay we were able to leave our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. Highly recommend these apartments.
