Summary: I'm so glad I chose Palma Suites for our October trip to Palma. Location - great walkable location to Old Town Palma. There's a grocery store nearby and so many amazing restaurants. You can pretty easily walk to the Cathedral and harbor area. One caveat, if you show up on a Sunday, it won't be nearly as spectacular as it is later in the week. (given that many shops close on Sunday in Spain) Amenities - the hotel has a nice bar that makes a great Sangria and other delicious cocktails. There's also an included breakfast served downstairs near the lobby. The breakfast was traditional European and was both tasty and healthy. I looked forward to our morning breakfast. (and I miss it now that I'm home) There's a pool and deck area up on the top floor. The pool was small - but the views from the deck area were quite nice. Service -- hands down, the service was amazing. Every single member of the staff that I interacted with handled everything impeccably. I felt like I had 5-star service every minute of this trip. From check-in, to the bar, to breakfast to house-keeping - everything was spot on.

Summary: The hotel is in a superb location which made it easy to walk around during the day, get to masses of restaurants and easy access to public transport, an airport bus stop is just over 5 minutes walk away. Great views from the roof terrace. Staff were very helpful. The room was huge and also very clean. Couldn't fault the place.
