Welcome to this stylish house located in Llubí, a beautiful little town in the middle of the island. It has capacity for 10 people.
The exteriors of the house are very beautiful, highlighting a 9 x 5m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.9m which is accompanied by 10 sun loungers, 1 fully equipped terrace with table and chairs, and a great barbecue. If what you want is to have a drink with views of the town and the mountains, there is another furnished terrace on the first floor. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours
The 2-story home features a modern style punctuated with wonderful traditional details here and there. The living-dining room is very cozy and offers a sofa, Smart TV, and air conditioning. The house has another living room equipped with a sofa, an armchair and a TV (without TV-Sat). The kitchen, with ceramic hob and separated from the living room by a large window, is fully equipped. In the inner courtyard area you will find the laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. To rest, the house has 5 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other 4 with twin beds, all of them equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower, except one that has a bathtub, and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are on the main floor, and the rest are on the first floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Finally, a cot and high chair are available in case you are travelling with your baby.
The center of Llubí is 150 meters away, and is one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca, also offering the basic services for an independent stay. Just 20 minutes away by car you can reach Can Picafort, Puerto Alcúdia, Puerto Pollença, Cala San Vicente and Formentor, with their soft white sand beaches and crystal clear and shallow waters, ideal for children. You can also head to the mountains and lose yourselves in the amazing routes for hiking or cycling in the Sierra de Tramuntana.

Summary: The house is beautiful lots of space and the pool is big. We stayed for 4 nights, the villa is in a quiet village however the bus stop isn’t far and can take you to Alcudia or Can Picafort where there is a beach. The only downside we found was the bins, it is a 17 minute walk to dispose of rubbish, also you have to pay for the electricity on the last day of your stay. Overall we had a wonderful stay and was perfect for us as a family. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: Perfect even for big group of 8 + babies. The kitchen is bigger than it looks on pictures. The owner and Homerti were very responsive and helpful. The village of Llubi is very quiet but we enjoyed the beaches and restaurants to the North just 20 Mins drive away. There are small good supermarkets in walking distance. Basic furniture especially outside loungers but good value for money overall!

Summary: The house was very spacious, more than comfortable for 5 couples. Pool was large and not too cold for October. Had a brilliant trip and would highly recommend the property! Good to note that the electricity is paid for at the end of the trip, all 10 of us spent a lot of time in the property during our trip and electricity was €33 a day, so just good to be aware of.

Summary: We have the most wonderful time for the 8 of us. The villa was excellent and such a good size. The amenities were amazing and communication perfect for any questions we had. Its was super clean. We would all love to come back one day!

Summary: Beautifull house for 10 people. Every bedroom has his own private bathroom. The kitchen is will equipped and was newly painted (Not yellow anymore). The dining area next to the pool was also very comfortable and cozy!
