Positive: Great location which was not as busy as some other reviews had implied. The outside space is lovely; views of the mountains with the sound of bird song. We picked lemons from the tree in the garden. Comfy bed and very clean property. Host was very helpful, and checked on us after a heavy rain storm. Property full of authentic character and a great place to relax in. Soller is a lovely town to explore with some great restaurants just a few minutes walk. We were lucky to stay when the annual festival was on which was wonderful. Highly recommend as a holiday rental.
Negative: The mosquitos but we appreciated the coils and plug ins that were left in the house for us.
Summary: Authentic house, full of character and comfort.

Positive: We loved our stay in the villa. Super charming and right in the heart of Soller. With that, there was some loud traffic in the early mornings but that’s to be expected. It also rained the last two nights we stayed and the roof leaked in numerous locations, again, not the hosts fault. We would stay here again, my family loved the house so much!

Positive: Great location, full of traditional character features. Welcome basket of local produce. Clear information of property features. Everything provided for a great holiday.
Negative: Nothing at all. The front bedrooms were a little noisy during the week with traffic, although the host did say it could be at certain times.
