Summary: We were visiting the house of Juan for 1 week. The communication with Juan was very easy and uncomplicated. The house has everything we needed for our stay. The location is also very nice and not very touristic. We really enjoyed our stay!

Summary: The house was well furnished for a family of up to 6 persons. The large garden provides sufficient space for relaxing or playing fun games. The small village has a nice bay area and the huge beaches can be reached within 20minutes by car. Juan was easy to reach and was helping whenever necessary.

Summary: We had an amazing week at this wonderful property. Well positioned in the quiet small town of Colonia De Sant Pere, with just a 10 minute walk to the pretty harbour, restaurants and small beach. The house was perfect as a base. A great garden, terrace and roof space from which to watch the sunsets. It was clean, well stocked and quick and easy communication with the owner. We will definitely recommend to others and come back again when we get the chance
